Region - Specs Filter

Description​

Set of filter used on the region page, Community tab.

Filters Set​

All filters are dynamic and depend on the current inventory selection.

Type​

Comes from Community type in database. Multi-select.

City​

Comes from Community City in database. Multi-select.

School District​

Comes from Community School District in database. Multi-select.

SQ FT​

Range, based on current inventory available. (Min/Max Square Footage) Slider.

Est. Completion​

Multi-Select. Dynamically gets all Spec homes by estimated completion date from DB, grouped by month. User can select multiple months. Results will only show spec homes which will be completed during selected months.

Bed​

Single-Select. Means minimum bedrooms. Will Show, for example all Spec homes with more than 2 bedrooms.

Bath​

Single-Select. Means minimum bathrooms. Will Show, for example all Spec homes with more than 2 bathrooms.

Garages​

Single-Select. Means minimum garages. Will Show, for example all Spec homes with more than 2 garages.

Story​

Single-Select. Means minimum stories. Will Show, for example all Spec homes with more than 1 stories.

Price​

Range, based on current inventory available. (Min/Max Square Footage) Slider.
