  Community style is one of these options (multi-select checkboxes)

Media

Images

Description

Admin can upload Community Images
Image can be uplodaded by either drag and drop image file to Upload section, or clicking on the upload section to manually select image file.
User can re-arrange the order by Click and drag the "=" sign. Image position shown in the right bottom corner of the image block.
Optional image caption is displayed in the bottom pannel.

Modal contains these options:

• Replace Button
  Option to Replace/Re-Upload the image without deleting the container.
• Image Caption
  Optional text field. Displayd on the image cards.
• Image Alt Tag
  Optional text field to use for img ALT attribute on the website.
• Status
  Dropdown. Active / Inactive. Ability to hide the image from public website without deleting it from CMS.
• Copy URL
  Simple Clito-to-copy link to the image.
• Save
  Saves image settings.
• Trash icon
  Deletes image after confimation menu.

Video

Description

Admin can upload Videos to be used on the community pages (use cases will be determined in future)

Interactive

Description

Each Interactive Media is a simple text edit field.
Any plain text value can be entered here with no validation but limited to 100 charachters

Types

There are 3 types of Interactive Media:

• Interactive Plat Map (ISP)
  Interactive map provided by 3rd party as a URL which can be used as an iframe on the website.
  For example: Link
• Community Video Tour
  URL to a Community Video Tour. Video can be hosted on any hosting (Internal, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).
• Community Virtual Tour
  Virtual Tours provided by 3rd party service "Matterport" as a URL which can be used as an iframe on the website.
  For example: Link

Create New Media

When user clicks "+ Add New", New Media modal opens.
When user clicks on the Edit button or Status button Edit Media modal opens.
When user clicks on the Trash button, confirmation modal opens with options to confirm media deletion or cancel.
Modal contains these options:

• Title
  Text Edit field. Can be any short text entered by a user. Required.
• Type
  Drop down with 3 options. Media types.
• Content / Link
  URL field. Can be any link entered by a user. Not Required.
  TDB - Possibly, it can be an option to insert html, for services which provide embedded code instead of just a link.
• Status
  Dropdown. Active / Inactive. Ability to hide the media from public website without deleting it from CMS.
• Save
  Saves New Media or Creates New Media, depending on which modal was opened.

Amenities

Description

Each Amenity is a simple text edit field.
Any plain text value can be entered here with no validation but limited to 200 charachters

Amenity Types

There are 3 types of Community amenities:

• Community Amenity
  Amenities located in the community.
  For example: Community Pool, Gym, Park, Gated Entrance.
• Local Area Amenity
  Amenities located in the local area/neighborhood.
  For example: Local Grocery Store, Nearby Transit station, Farmers market, library, etc.
• Schools
  List of schools or school disctricts available for this community. Entered manually.
  For example: Hays ISD, Barton Middle School.

Create Amenities

User can change the order of Amenities (will reflect the order on the website ass well) by click and drag the arrow icon.
When user clicks "+ Add New", New Amenity modal opens.
When user clicks on the Edit button or Status button Edit Amenity modal opens.
When user clicks on the Trash button, confirmation modal opens with options to confirm amenity deletion or cancel.

• Title
  Text Edit field. Can be any text entered by a user. Required.
• Type
  Drop down with 3 options. Amenity types.
• Link
  URL field. Can be any link entered by a user. Not Required.
  
• Status
  Dropdown. Active / Inactive
• Save
  Saves New amenity or Creates new Amenity, depending on which modal was opened.

Plans

Description

List of all Linked floor plans with an option to find/link more floor plans.
Count in the top left corner (All plans and active)
Bulk update. Activate bulk editing of the plans with these fields: Price, Status, BR, BA, SQFT, GR, Stories
Button to link floor plans opens modal where user selects series, and then Plan from a list plans which are not already linked to this community.

  Dropdown with these options: Active, Inactive, Coming Soon.

Homes

Description

List of all Linked spec homes with an option to create more spec homes.
Count in the top left corner (All specs and active)
Button to create new spec. links to Spec Create page.

Description

SEO to be later used on the fornt end website.
Community pages are dynamic pages on the website.
This section can be used to customize SEO parameters for each community.
