Lists all Base Floor plans.
Base floor plan includes all information which is not community-specific (like Plan name, series).

Includes:

• Search field (by plan name or series)
• Filters by Division
• List of communities including:
  • Main Image
  • Plan name
  • When was updated
  • Plan Series
  • Assigned Communites
  • Assigned Spec Homes
  • Brand Logo (CAn have multiple linked brands)
  • Count of Bedrooms
  • Count of Bathrooms (bath + halfbath/2)
  • Count of Garages
  • Square Footage (formatted as 1,234)
  • Stories
  • ID
• Create new floor plan button (if user has access)
• Pagination
