Description​

Editing Spec Home (QMI or Quick Move-in Home) information

  • Info Section of the Header:

    • Name
    • Address
    • Community name as a link
    • Community Plan Name as a link
    • Brand icon (comes from community.)
    • Division Name
    • ID
    • Status (Dropdown. Can be Active, Inactive, Coming Soon)

  • Image Modal:

    • Image preview
    • Replace Image button
    • Image Caption
    • Image Alt Tag
    • Image status (Active/Inactive)
    • Button to copy image URL
    • Save
    • Delete (must have a confimation dialogbox)

  • Price
    (Editable field formatted as currency)

  • Base Square Footage.
    (By default, inherited from Base plan unless overwritten. Formatted as 1,234 SQ FT)

  • Move-in Date

  • Home Type

  • Bedrooms

  • Bathrooms

  • Garage

  • Stories

  • Last updated. Date and user.

  • Change History Modal.

Tabs Description​

Address

  • Street 1 / Spec Name
    Spec Home Street name, which also is the same as Spec Home Name
    For example: 123 Street Name.
  • Lot #
    String
    For example: 12, Lot 23.
  • Street 2
    Second addreess line like Apartment or Unit number.
  • Zip
    Value comes from Parent community.
  • City
    Value comes from Parent community.
  • State
    Value comes from Parent community.

Geographic Coordinates

  • Community mapping depends on the set of Longitude and Latitude.

    Numerical value
    For example: -96.959392
  • Driving directions

Marketing Info

  • Market, Community, Floor Plan Name, Floor Plan Series
    Comes from parent Community and Linked Floor Plan.
  • Full Price
    Normal Spec Home price
    For example: $432,123
  • Sale Price
    Discounted price which (if present) will be visible on the website (TBD)
  • Move-in Date
    When Spec Home is ready for a customer to move-in.
    Datepicker. For example: January 2024, March 3rd 2023.
  • Year Built
    Year Picker
    For example: 2023.
  • Is Model
    True/False. Is Spec Home is a model home.
  • Sale Status
    Dropdown with these options:
    For Sale, Sold, Contract Pending.
  • Marketing Headline
    Short Marketing Headline text to be used on the website. 200 charachters max. Option to enable/disable

  • Primery Bedroom Location
    Dropdown
    Upstairs, Downstairs, N/A.
  • Basement Included
    Whether the Spec Home has a basement.
  • # Of Bedrooms
    Numerical Value. Can be entered manually or by using "+" or "-" buttons on the field
  • # Of Full Bathrooms
    Full Bathroom includes bathtub / shower, sink and toilet
    Numerical Value. Can be entered manually or by using "+" or "-" buttons on the field
  • # Of Half Bathrooms
    Half Bathroom doesn't include bathtub / shower and only includes toilet, sink.
    Numerical Value. Can be entered manually or by using "+" or "-" buttons on the field
  • Square Footage
    For example: 2,340
  • Lot Square Footage
    For example: 3,340
  • # Of Cars in Garage
    Numerical Value. Can be entered manually or by using "+" or "-" buttons on the field

    Numerical Value. Can be entered manually or by using "+" or "-" buttons on the field

Living Areas Included and Spep Home Amenities Included

Set of checkboxes. By default, inherited from linked floor plan with an option to Edit, and stop Plan inheritance.
