Community Plan

Page Description​

Editing Community-specific Plan information.

Base Floor Plan information stored separately on the Floor Plan level.
This page allows changes for only Community-specific data, like price, address, or changing inheritance form the Base Plan.

  • Info Section of the Header:

    • Plan Name
    • Plan Series
    • Community name as a link
    • Division Name
    • Brand icon (comes from community.)
    • ID
    • Status (Dropdown. Can be Active, Inactive, Coming Soon)

  • Image Modal:

    • Image preview
    • Replace Image button
    • Image Caption
    • Image Alt Tag
    • Image status (Active/Inactive)
    • Button to copy image URL
    • Save
    • Delete (must have a confimation dialogbox)

  • Base Price
    (By default, inherited from Base plan. Editable field formatted as currency)

  • Base Square Footage.
    (By default, inherited from Base plan. Editable field formatted as 1,234 SQ FT)

  • Bedrooms

  • Bathrooms

  • Garage

  • Plan Gallery.
    If plan has linked image gallery, add link here. If not, just show "+" Button to create and link gallery

  • Link to base plan

  • Last updated. Date and user.

  • Change History Modal.

  • Delete Community plan icon. Shows dialogbox asking user to confirm.

Edit Tabs​

Each section by default inherits data from Base Plan.
User can overwrite and stop inheritance.
User can "Revert to base" to disregard any changes and resum data inheritance from Base Plan.

  • Plan (Ability to inherit or owerwrite Plan images or Elevation images from base plan)

Plan Elevations Tab​

When User click on the "Edit" option to change inheritance, each elevation gets a dropdown whether it should be available for this Floor Plan in this community.

If inheritance stopped, Elevations will be sorted in 2 sections separately, based on availability.
