Page Create

Users with sufficent permissions can create new Pages.

Create New Page User Flow:

1. User creates a new page.

2. User Makes changes, adds available components.

3. When user clicks “Save” page will be saved but not published. Also page status will be set to “Draft”.
   Same logic if user selects “Draft” as a status and clicks “Save”

4. User can click “Save and Publish“ to save and publish page to live. This also sets page status to “Published”.

5. When user clicks “Cancel” show "Confirmation" prompt to ask if user wants to discard all changes.
   If No - stay on the page. Yes, discard changes.
